We are assessing the onboarding of RIB products "Candy and iTwo" into ServiceNow License Management and require the following information:
1- Licensing model used for each product (Named User, Concurrent, Floating, Subscription, etc.).
2- How can we get the usage/activity information: can we get Last Login Date Last Activity Date Usage Reports?
3- Do we have Availability of APIs to retrieve user, license, subscription, and activity information.
4- Any Supported authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, API Key, Service Account, SSO/SAML).
5- Availability of API documentation or integration guides.
* If APIs are not available, alternative options for data extraction (CSV/Excel exports or scheduled reports).
