I'm trying to follow up on a software removal from computers within our organization.
The software was uninstalled using the uninstaller provided by the publisher, but ACC continues to report that the software is still present on the machine. I assume this is because some traces were left behind by the uninstaller.
I have been trying to identify these traces, but so far I have been unable to determine what ACC is detecting.
Is there a way for me to obtain detailed information, such as the file path, file name, registry key, or any other evidence that ACC used to identify the software as installed?
