ServiceNow sam pro - Subscription condition are not working for software model

I have an application connected through SSO Integration Profile (MS Entra ID). This app has few AD Groups connected. I want to count only subscriptions from one of the groups (others are related to not licensed accounts) However no matter how I set up the subscription condition under Software Model it doesn't work and always counts all of the groups in reconciliation. Any points that I am missing? Someone had any luck with setting this up correctly ?
SSO Subscription --> SSO Application Group - is - "my group with licensed users" is not working 😞

Hi @BartÅ‚omiejL,

I’ve noticed the following when working with subscription conditions, that the software model requires a linked entitlement.

Give it a try, if this does not work please raise a support case and keep us posted - sounds like a valid use case interesting for the rest of the community.

best, Dennis

Hi @dreinhardt

Software model has an entitlement but it doesn’t work either. I’ve tried multiple combination but with no success.
