Hello,
I am trying to figure out why our Adobe System Acrobat DC Pro is showing "Not compliant". The progress indicators show 4 unlicensed installs, even though we have 5 available licenses. I checked the Discovery Models to ensure that they have been Normalized. The first and last entry below of unlicensed installs do not appear on the Discovery Model list, the remaining two do. Any help is appreciated.

If it is showing 4 unlicensed install that means they are not covered by any existing licenses. Even though you have sufficient licenses the presence of 4 unlicensed install indicates noncompliance.
Double-check the 4 unlicensed installs to ensure they are correctly identified and are indeed using Adobe System Acrobat DC Pro.

I confirmed that it is using Adobe System Acrobat DC Pro. 2 of the 4 unlicensed installs dropped off since then, I also noticed that the remaining two are VMware servers.

Hi @ClayB ,
What is the software model result for those 4 unlicenesed installs? Is it the same model (sysid)?
Thanks!
