We want to store the software package information which is used for automated installation of software as well as the path which comprises of the installable file(s). We want to utilize the OOTB SAM pro software model table but there isn't an OOTB attribute to store the value. We do have Client Software Distribution (CSD) plugin which is not enabled yet but I believe once enabled, we could use this orchestration for automated software installation. I had a look at some of the tables that gets installed as a result of installing the plugin but I couldn't figure out on which table I can store these values.
Before anyone points me to this question Solved: Software Packages - ServiceNow Community, I have already had a look and its not clear here where in CSD can I store this info.
