Software Reclamation to remove User subscriptiot

Hi All, 

 

We are planning to implement Software Reclamation specifically to remove User subscription. Do we have documents to refer for plugins, roles, pre-requisites and all. Please assist.

Hi - the sam_admin role should cover software reclamation. For user-based licensing (not SaaS), you will require a source for usage data - typically SCCM or ACC. Note that Intune does not provide usage data.
