SSO Last Activity inaccurate

We have connected to Microsoft Azure AD. We have connected a few SSO applications in SAM. When connecting an SSO to our software model, we seem to get an accurate list of the SSO users. But the "Last activity" column is empty for over 90% of the records. We know much more than 10% of users are logging in within the 60-day timespan. What could be the reason why we aren't getting a full picture of "Last activity" data?

@dylanmarshall we are noticing a similar pattern with our SSO integrations as well. Did you ever figure anything out?
