Reclamation Candidates for SAM based on shared mailbox and OneDrive storage size/usage

Hello!
I have been requested to configure reclamation rules for subscriptions to M365 products like Microsoft Exchange and OneDrive based on the storage size of those products. I know that it acts as a secondary condition in the No Desktop App Usage, but is there a way to configure reclamation rules for these products that would be mainly if not solely based on the shared mailbox/OneDrive size?

For additional information, we do have usage data coming through and additionally data is populating the saas_sw_storage_usage table so I don't believe we would need any additional integration information, but if I am mistaken about that let me know.
