There are Miscrosoft subscription softwares in the instance and samp_sw_subscription has data, however the field 'last activity' is blank? How the reclamation rules will work when this is blank

Hi,
Have software subscription data available, but field 'last activity' is not populated for even a single record. I am trying to run reclamation rules, however I do not see any records created in the removal candidate table (samp_sw_reclamation_candidate). How to understand and ensure reclamation rules are run for subscription software.

Hi Prasad,
Did you find any solution for the issue? As far as I know currently SN supports last activity for O365 E1,E3 and E5 plans. In my scenario the last activity is being populated for few users for O365 plans and rest of them is empty, not sure what exactly is going wrong here as all users are active users and have subscriptions assigned on MS portal.

Hi Krikita, wondering if you managed to resolve this issue? I have the same issue whereby E3 last activity dates are as old as Jan 2024 and some are left blank. The last activity does not seem to be populating correctly for the products. I understand e1/e3 e5 are the only ones that will populate this data but its just not working correctly for me.

I logged this with ServiceNow on HI.
They advised currently only E1/3/5 subscriptions pass back the last activity date.
If you want to report on all microsoft office products - you would need to turn on monitoring in SCCM, and also specifically on these products. This assumes also it is installed on a machine - not cloud version.
It's a bit of a nuisance, but you wouldn't be able to set up reclamation rules without doing this.
