There are Miscrosoft subscription softwares in the instance and samp_sw_subscription has data, however the field 'last activity' is blank? How the reclamation rules will work when this is blank

Hi,
Have software subscription data available, but field 'last activity' is not populated for even a single record. I am trying to run reclamation rules, however I do not see any records created in the removal candidate table (samp_sw_reclamation_candidate). How to understand and ensure reclamation rules are run for subscription software.

Can anyone help, I am seeing last activity date for e3 but not refreshed since January. I can see some recent activity dates for F3, F1 etc but none for e3. Also not getting any cost optimisation/reclamation suggestions for m365 subscriptions. The subscriptions are updating correctly though but the last activity date seems not to be populating correctly.

reclamation runs on software usage data and you will find the data in table - samp_sw_usage, please check if the 'last used time' and usage count is populated

Hi Prasad, correct me if I am wrong but that seems like software usage from installation (discovered by SCCM). I am querying why the user subscription data is not displaying a recent "last activity date". When direct integrations are created SN creates auto reclamation rules for these subscriptions.

Hi Mike, I would be interested to know what they respond. Can you please let me know how you overcome this?
