There are Miscrosoft subscription softwares in the instance and samp_sw_subscription has data, however the field 'last activity' is blank? How the reclamation rules will work when this is blank

Hi,
Have software subscription data available, but field 'last activity' is not populated for even a single record. I am trying to run reclamation rules, however I do not see any records created in the removal candidate table (samp_sw_reclamation_candidate). How to understand and ensure reclamation rules are run for subscription software.

You need to apply the PowerBI permissions to pull the activity data. I've yet to complete this configuration so I don't know if this will address the issue.

1. For installed applications alone we can get the Last Activity date from SCCM by configuring Software Reclamation rules.
2. For the subscription based products / Web based installations, "Last Activity" is populated through Scheduled jobs, which is supported only for a specific software products
For Web based products, we have to check this based on the API integrations.
Hope it helps.

Hi All,
I am also facing similar issue while most of the subscription has Last activity populated, there are few cases where it is blank. Now these cases also have record from E1/3/5 subscriptions but is still blank. I am not sure what to check and how can I debug.
If someone has raised Hi case or have gone through similar issue please help, I can investigate or remediate this issue.
