Does anyone know what type of license metric to use when entering an entitlement for the following Cisco Thousand eyes software models
Cisco ThousandEyes subscription (TE-SUB)
Cisco ThousandEyes - Internet Insights per Package (TE Insights)
Cisco ThousandEyes Basic Support (SVS-TE-SUP-B)

the product owner should know this. This details is also mentioned on the invoice and/or in the contract.

As this metric is not supported you can use the metric group „Common“ and the metric „Resource value“ to allow manual tracking of the consumption.
- Resource Consumption. Consumption-based license metric that supports CAL reconciliation. A 1:1 ratio calculation between the Unit consumption column in the Resource Value [samp_sw_resource_value] table and the Licenses required column in the License Metric Results [samp_license_metric_result] table.
