Hi All,
We have an OOTB SaaS Integration with Microsoft O365 as per ServiceNow documentation. I am inputting new entitlements and noticing new products we don't have being pulled in by our Microsoft O365 Integration.
PPN: W83-00001
Product: Microsoft Windows 365 Frontline
It has a Custom Discovery Map, could that be related to it.
Error Message:
You are creating an entitlement for a subscription product that has no integration profile defined. You will not be able to track usage activity or reclaim stale subscriptions.
Essentially do we need to reconfigure our existing SaaS Integration for O365, I don't see any failed SAM Job logs for it.
Please Advise,

Entitlement records are not part of the OOTB M365 integration.

See my other post. It looks like that W365 Frontline license are not assigned in the M365 Admin Centre, so no software models will be created when the integration collects subscription data from Entra.

My understanding is that Windows 365 Frontline is licensed differently to Windows 365 Enterprise in that it is a concurrent user license that allows multiple assigned users per license. Concurrency is enforced automatically. I believe the limit is three users per license. I don't know whether W365 Frontline license are allocated in the M365 Admin portal (the fact you are getting the error message suggests not) - It's possible that W365 Frontline is part of the Cloud PC provisioning process in Intune.
