Webex Meetings integration - XML API deprecated and DevNet not available

Hello, we are trying to set up an integration with Cisco Meetings in order to track software subscriptions. Please note that we are not looking to integrate more actions in this phase.

When looking at the guide to integrate with Cisco Webex, under "Create a Webex Meetings OAuth application", there's a link to Cisco DevNet Webex Integration that leads to nowhere.

I have been in contact with Cisco support about this, and this is their reply:

Note that while the XML API for Webex Meetings has not been fully deprecated, transitioning to REST APIs is encouraged for current and future integrations. We recommend using the Webex Integration portal (https://developer.webex.com/docs/integrations) since XML APIs are deprecated, as outlined in the Webex XML API deprecation announcement. 

According to the documentation for the Webex Meetings Spoke, ServiceNow only support XML API. How should the integration with Webex Meetings be set up? Is the guide outdated perhaps? I have not tried to set it up following the guide for Webex Teams because it's not a product we use. Again, we are only interested in gathering license data in our SAM module.
