Workday Integration with Software Asset Management

I am working on integrating Workday with SAM for SAAS license management, however I only see contingent user data in the User Subscription table, for some reason Fulltime employee data is not reflecting.W

Does anyone know the way to traverse through all 50 records in for each action of flow designer ?

@Taksh and @Fatima S Sayyed

Thank you so much for your responses  !!!
The subflow now fetches all of our user records from Workday.
The issue was with the Domain Access policy that was insufficient.
I provided additional access ( Worker Data: Workers ) and it worked.

Now I just have a follow-up question:
Should we use the Worker category names as the ones that come out of the box, or should we rename them to what is mentioned in the contract?

Please refer to image below of a related list from the Integration Profile.

Thanks in advance!!!

We've kept the worker category for FSE calculation OOB, however we created new worker type in "sn_sam_workday_worker_category" table and mapped with the OOB worker category.

Hi @Fatima S Sayyed,

Thank you so much for the update. Just to understand the design better, could you please share the reason behind creating the new worker type in the sn_sam_workday_worker_category table? Also, is this new field being utilized anywhere in the system - such as in dashboards, reports, or entitlement table filters?

This would be helpful for me to complete the final steps of this integration.

Thank you !!!

That's the step 9 & 10 from the ServiceNow docs -

(Optional) If worker categories are listed in your contract but not available in the FSE worker calculation tab, add a new worker category.

  1. In the FSE worker calculation tab, select New.
  2. On the form, fill in the fields.

Define the mapping of the newly created worker category.

  1. Select the Worker category tab and select New.
  2. On the form, fill in the fields:

Hi @Fatima S Sayyed

Could you please let me know if you obtained these worker types from your Workday team? Additionally, could you provide more details about what these worker types are? If possible, a snapshot of the custom types you configured would be very helpful, as I am currently stuck at this step. Thank you!
