We have released the first beta of Threat Intelligence Security Centre, our new Threat Intelligence Platform product. If you are interested to enrol in our DPP (Design Partnership Program) and validate the beta release then please reach out to your account team.

Product Overview: 

Threat Intelligence Security Centre (TISC) will provide threat intel teams with capabilities to collect and process various threat intelligence feeds and a workspace for analysis, collaboration, actioning, sharing and more.

Key features included in TISC Beta 1:

• Data Collection from different sources and in various formats
• Data processing to normalize, de-duplicate and aggregate data
• Threat Intelligence Library
• Customisable and configurable threat score calculator for observables

DPP Overview:

ServiceNow’s Design Partner Program enables select customers and partners to work closely with ServiceNow Product Management and Development Teams to enhance products in development.

Benefits to Customers:

• Partnership with ServiceNow to influence products in development
• Direct interaction with ServiceNow decision makers and development teams
• Early preview on what may be available in the next release
• Possibility to help shape future roadmap of the ServiceNow platform and applications

Expected Outcomes:

• Accept Design Partner Program Agreement
• Use provided temporary instance to review and test specific product/functionality scoped by the product team
• Engage with the ServiceNow Product Team on a routine cadence
• Provide timely written and verbal feedback on:
  • Usability
  • Functionality
  • Enhancement suggestions
  • Defects or problems

Timelines:

• Enrolment Period : 1^st August to 15^th September, 2023
• Provisioning of Instances: Started 5^th September, 2023
