I just learned about an upcoming session on ransomware that I think many of you here would be interested in.
Ransomware has grown from a minor threat to individuals to a major threat for nations in only a handful of years. We all need to do our part to help our organizations address this threat and knowledge is key!
Our CISO, Ben de Bont, is meeting with representatives from Homeland Security, the Center for Internet Security and the Secret Service to discuss the nature of this threat, as well as strategies and public resources for dealing with it. I couldn't be more excited about this, personally!
