We're setting Configuration Compliance Remediation Tasks to group by Assignment Group and Configuration Item. We're wanting to utilize certain fields from the CI in our approval rules for CRGs and so are hoping to set the CI on the CRG itself. I was hoping to auto populate the CI through a business rule or something like that, possibly utilizing the action Set field value: CI, same as; X.
So far, I've had no luck. There doesn't seem to be any related field in the list that point back to the test results in order to pull the CI. Anyone have any suggestions?
