AVR: Submit Buttom Disclaimer change not working on Workspace for Pen testing assess request form

Hi Community Team,
We are working on the Pen testing request form (sn_vul_pen_test_assessment_request) hosted on the pen testing workspace. There is a submit button on workspace which shows a disclaimer, we are looking to customize the text for the disclaimer but the UI action and changes on sys_ui_messages are not getting reflected on workspace.

Came across this UI macroponent as well, not sure if making changes to this one will reflect in the workpace:

Your requirement should be achieved by storing disclaimer message in  sys_ui_message.
