Capturing remediation task rule

Hi everyone,

 

Is there any way to capture a Remediation Task rule when we create a new one, or update or delete an existing one? I had my update set on when I created it, but it was not captured. What is the standard practice to move the Remediation Task rules from one instance to another? 

 

The same question, for CI lookup rules as well.

Hey Tanaya, 

 

Are you familiar with the 'Add to Update Set Utility'? I can't speak for what is the standard practice, but this is what I have used previously to move Remediation Task rules/CI Lookups between environments.
