Is there a way to not open a workspace when clicking on module links?

We recently installed the Security Common Workspace to upgrade the IT Remediation Workspace, Vulnerability Manager WS, etc.  However, now when trying to open files in a simple list, such as Discovered Items, it launches a workspace.  We would like to disable this behavior, but I am not sure where it gets set.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe there is a property that is controlling that behavior.

Check the release notes for November 2024 - v24.0.6:

  • Navigating to Workspaces from the All menu: If the 'sn_vul_cmn_ws.navigate_to_workspace' system property is enabled, selecting predefined filter links in the Vulnerability Response and Application Vulnerability Response modules from the 'All' menu will automatically open these links in the Vulnerability Manager Workspace and IT Remediation Workspace based on your role.

We ran into a similar situation recently. It is set on the Link Type tab on the module setup. In the picture below, the left is a workspace version of a menu, on the right is a traditional UI list of records view.

Thanks Aaron - This is what we found, too, and it doesn't look like there is a toggle or system parameter to activate/deactivate.  It might be that our only option is to create new modules which expands the application list in VR, or modify the ootb module to use the list rather than the workspace.

Thank you - that was exactly what I was searching for and missing.
