Hi everyone,
We’re currently implementing the CISO Dashboard and are running into an issue where it does not respond to any configuration changes.
Even after adding custom Metrics or Supporting Dashboards, the main dashboard continues to display only the out-of-the-box (OOTB) graphs that came with the installation. The new configurations (even basic metrics with valid data) simply do not appear on the dashboard.
We’ve tested this in both DEV (installed without demo data) and TEST (installed with demo data) environments — same issue in both cases.
This is the CISO Dashboard we installed from the Store.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Ravi,
1. Use PA Viewer or Dashboard Editor mode to inspect what widgets are in use and whether they point to your expected indicators.
2. Temporarily create a new dashboard, add one of your custom metric to it directly, and see if it renders. If it does, the issue is with widget or config bindings on the CISO dashboard.
Recommend you to try the next steps:
1. Open your custom metric in "Analytics Hub" to ensure it had collected data.
2. Add that metric to a test dashboard manually and confirm it renders.
3. Clone and edit one of the CISO widgets to point to your metric
4. Swap out one of the existing widgets on the CISO dashboard with your custom version.
