We're trying to setup SLAs for Security Incidents and not getting any helpful metrics per SIR. Posting the configurations.
The relevant fields are empty and "Made SLA" is always true. How can we get these fields to show details? Are these numbers tracked in another table somewhere?
We use the default workflow configurations and minor changes to conditions to match incident response processes.
The SLA timeline does show what appear to be accurate SLA times for SIRs but we can't seem to find where this timeline data is stored for reporting.
How can we update SLA times or fields on a per security incident basis to match our SLA definitions?
