In the Post Incident Review section of the Security Incident Response (SIR) module, I’ve configured a custom assessment metric type and defined trigger conditions similar to the out-of-the-box (OOB) metric type.
However, when requesting assessments from the SIR Workspace in the Review state, only the OOB metric is triggered automatically. The custom metric does not appear in the workspace, although it is visible under the "My Assessments and Surveys" module in the classic UI alongside the OOB metric.
Could anyone advise on how to make both the OOB and custom assessments visible and triggerable within the SIR Workspace?
