Error uploading files to ServiceNow Mobile Agent on Android

Hello, we are using the ServiceNow Mobile Agent application. In this case, when we assign a security incident and it contains a file, such as Word, Excel, or PDF, we get an error message saying that the files could not be uploaded. We have noticed that this error only appears on the Android operating system, not on iOS. Does anyone know what we can do to prevent this error from appearing on Android mobile devices? We have also searched for any logs, but have not found any.
