'Exception request for vulnerable items' approval rule is not working.

Hello Community,

I am working on 'Exception request for vulnerable items' approval rule. I have configured the Approval configuration and Approver level. See the attachment to know about the configurations. The group i have used in Approver level has users and 'sn_vul.exception_approver' role assigned.

Is the problem resolved?

 

Recently I am also facing and issue for the approval rules when raised from VIT or VUL were the VCA is not attaching the approval rules after the upgrade of VR to latest version.
