Hi there @Vedavalli

it depends on the app/feature set enabled:

In Flow Designer, you won’t see "Yes/No activity" (that’s from legacy Workflow Editor).

In Workflow Editor, it’s available only if the Workflow plugin (Workflow / com.glide.workflow) is active.

If you’re comparing instances, likely one has Workflow plugin enabled (legacy) and the other doesn’t.

Hope this helps

Can you confirm your issue? If I understand it correctly, there’s an activity in the published workflow that has been removed or is missing? If yes, just check the version difference - wf_workflow_version.LIST

If you’re referring to a flow, you can check the flow history to see if someone has removed it.

Hi @Vedavalli ,

To get a Yes/No question activity in ServiceNow you can use the Questionnaire activity (PAD) or the Collect User Data activity, both of which rely on Data Definitions..... Just make sure the Process Automation Designer (PAD) / Playbooks app is installed, Data Definitions are enabled, and you have the proper roles (admin/flow_designer) so you can see and use those activities.....
