Im trying to configure my exception configuration but cant seem to find any questionnaire even after creating multiple questionnaire using the design questionnaire button, would really appreciate if anyone can point what im doing wrong here, i have checked to make sure the correct user roles been setup
This appears to be a bug with the OOB filters. I was able to get it to display by adding a separate OR condition set as shown in this screenshot:
Note: I had to add a first condition, then a second condition set like so, to get it to work:
Another thing to note is that the assessments you create from the 'Design New Questionnaire' button live in this table 'sn_smart_asmt_template', so you can use 'sn_smart_asmt_template.list' to view the assessments in there. The table you screenshotted is different, so that is why you aren't seeing your new assessments.
