How description value is populated automatically in the CMDB Remediation Task.

The Description field in the Remediation Task (recommended_field_remediation) is automatically populated by out-of-box (OOB) functionality with backend field names.

Below is the example and I attached the screenshot:
Following recommended fields are not populated:
assignment_group
os_version
ip_address
disk_space

I am unable to identify from where this backend data is being fetched.

• My requirement is to populate the field labels instead of the backend field names. For example: Instead of owned_by, display Owned By.

Can anyone please suggest how to achieve this?
