In MSIM Status reports, where to find the "Append text from last report shared" configuration?

Hello,
In Major Security Incident Management Workspace, we have status reports section on the incident. In any of the report template selected in Overview and activity sections there is an "Append text from last report shared" button visible and by clicking on it, it copies the overview or activity from previous shared reports. I am unable to find "Append text from last report shared" configuration in report setup or UI builder.
Where can I find this configuration to enable same for reports in security incident response workspace?

Hi, we have also been working on using MSIM Reports.
There is very little support available for these.
Anyway, you must first publish a report before "Append from previous report is visible".
Additionally, the report you want to append content to must "recognise" the previous report.
In other words, the report template, report section, sub-section, and sub-section elements should have the same construction.
It must have the same report format.
