How to rename catalog item?

To rename a catalog item in ServiceNow, navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items. Locate and open the catalog item you want to rename. In the form, update the Name field with the new title you wish to assign. After editing, click Update or Save to apply the change. Ensure any references, workflows, or scripts using the old name are updated to avoid conflicts. Also, check if translations or labels need changes if multi-language support is enabled. Renaming impacts visibility and searchability, so communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and test for consistency across the platform.

Hi @Sirisha Doli ,

In Application Navigator enter sc_cat_item.LIST and search for the catalog item in name column which you want to upadte and update it.
