Hello All,

I wanted to understand how Secure notes work,  as I could see that anyone with Sn_si.basic role can add the notes and then it is visible to evberyone.  What is the use case and why it is needed ?

Hi,

This notes are encrypted notes and are only visible to people with sn_si roles but it is not visible to customers or people who dont have access to the whole security incident model.

I had a question, secure notes is applicable to  sn_si_analyst role or people with basic,manager,read role can also see the secure notes ?
