Imperva Integration

Has anyone successfully built a custom integration between Imperva and ServiceNow before? There is currently no plugin available for integrating these 2 tools so our developer is trying to get this working using a totally custom integration, using Phantom also. It is proving difficult from day 1. Imperva records do not seem to have their own unique identifier so we have to create one using a combination of 3 fields. Exception rules are not firing either. Wondering has anyone tackled this successfully?
