Hi Paul,

If you have access to CORE, it might be in there. If it exists, it will be covered by NDA and won't be accessible publicly on the community.

Otherwise, best option is to contact your account team and have them find out.

The SOC Type 2 report is created annually in October so while the current report is almost a year old, it is the current report.

I am looking for the 2022 SOC Type 2 report  . It is now Dec 13th . Is it available for customers?  We are in the middle of an audit.

Hi,
That report is not yet available. ServiceNow's SOC 2 report covers the period October 1st to September 30th and is available in CORE by the end of December each calendar year. 

ServiceNow's SOC 2 bridge letter covers the period October 1st to December 31st and is available in CORE by the end of March the following year.

You should be able to find it here when it is available.
