Problem: Too much unnecessary PII being added on Service Now tickets. What is the best solution to identify and redact it?

The best solution is to educate your users that they don't add that data to the tickets. Then you only have to clean up a bit.
The technical solution can be found in ServiceNow's Data Privacy Store app.
