Performance Analytics Reports data not appearing properly

Hi everyone,

I am trying to build a report to show case the metrics definition (for example: Mean time to triage/acknowledge). I used the performance analytics to generate this report because we need to showcase the target value. The issue which is happening now is the data is not showing in the report. 

We have created the below items:

  1. Created widget and called Indicator from this.
  2. Indicator is created with the source as SI.Completed Metric View, and used correct filter to pick the metric definition.
  3. Created a new Breakdown source for metric definition table and field as sys id
  4. Created Breakdown mapping for SIR Analytics Incident view as table and field as Definition.
  5. Created Data collector with the date period from past 60 days to 1 day.

Ran the data collector and it is not fetching data, even though there is few metrics available. Can someone help on this one?

This could be so many things: do you have any errors in the data collection? Can you check on all indicators to see if you aren't limiting them? What happens if you just collect all metric instances of this definition? Are you in fact collecting the metric instances?

As @Mark Manders the issue can be several places. Please share your configuration from job, indicator source, automated indicator and widget, then it will be much easier to help you.
