If you're experimenting with the module, you probably shouldn't be interviewing. 
My advice would be to read everything on Docs, then go to the NowLearning platform and consume any free micro-certs.  If you're looking to consult on the topic, you DEFINITELY want to take hte paid-for courses.
Then I would perhaps pay a resource with a lot of ServiceNow specific sec-ops experience to spend an hour with you walking through the areas where the market and ServiceNow do not currently align.
