Primary Qualys Integration JOB abruptly started failing

We are using Configuration Compliance application OOB .  The Scheduled JOB Qualys PC Results has been running everyday with success until last week it started failing without any reason.

There has been no changes done to application, everything is OOB.

:Attempting retry with process VINTPRC0081224. Error: Incomplete XML response recieved from Qualys. Encountered process error running the integration.

I have tried the Kb article on internet by changing the attachment size,  truncation limit but still the job will fail but with different error like 404,400.

I want to understand what else can be done to tshoot this issue from servicenow end

Check with Qualys support on this. Qualys made a change last week that caused the same failures for us. Qualys is aware and is working on it. We are still failing every day (PC Results). I would suggest changing the settings back to what they were when it was working.

Qualys support is bad . I think you are right, they made some changes around 12 th and then from 20th everything went back to normal.
