Hello community,
RE: Qualys to ServiceNow Integration via the Qualys Integration for Security Operations
I'm getting an error for the 'Qualys Host List Integration' with the following error message:
{"code":"1980","url":"https://qualysapi.qualys.com/api/2.0/fo/asset/host/?host_metadata=all&show_cloud_tags=1&show_tags=1&..."}
Any idea how to fix the above?
Thanks.

Hey thanks for that link - I actually checked that out previously as well. I was able to resolve it. Turns out that there was some weird Azure tag that was added to a deprecated asset which when ServiceNow received, was throwing that error.
I worked with the Qualys admin to purge that asset and once that was done, I received no more errors.
