Starter Story order #16:CI Matching - Unmatched CIs

Description

As a Vulnerability Manager, I need the ability to review and adjust the baseline Lookup Rules in order to address items found in the Unmatched CI table. This allows me to analyze these records, identify patterns, and collaborate with our organization's CMDB and Discovery Admin/Manager to assess the need for updates to our CI Class Models or to troubleshoot issues with automated data population.

Note: Sometime Discovery may not have a IP address added to a Discovery schedule, it is not populating key identifying data. Work with your CMDD Mgr to find issues with CI data.

Acceptance Criteria: I know this is done when I can monitor the match percentage and continue modifying Lookup Rules or create new rules to improve identification and data population until you reach the desired level (typically 70-85%)

Question: Where can the match percentage total value (such as 70-85%) be viewed?

You can find your matching rate by grouping your Discovered Items by their State (i.e. Matched, Unmatched, Reclassified).
