Related list is not visible on security incident form

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a related list but I have created a related list in relationship and added in the security incident form by going through related list but that is not visible on the form .please guide on this.

Look for the related list in sys_ui_list_control and see if it is set to omit if empty.

There is no record present for that related list , do we need to add in the list control..? if yes, please suggest how we can add in that

Can you show the related list configuration for the form and verify the related list is there?

I have created it in sys_relationship table.

It is showing in the related list available, eventhough I have selected it is now showing on the form.
