I have one issue related to SIR where the duplicate record are getting generated in SIR it is reported by the user that the 1st incident which is original and he is using the SIR analyst workspace and seen that the the same duplicated incident is created by his name without his intervention we don't have any option to create a duplicate on workspace and he is not using backend. please advice how can I debug this issue or anything else
