Hi guys,
I installed the OpsGenie plugin to integrate with the client's Jira. Looking at all the settings that the module configures during installation, I noticed that the notes are focused on the incident table. By opening a ticket in ServiceNow in the incident table, an alert was created in the client's OpsGenie.
But due to the integration we have between ServiceNow and SIEM QRadar, we use the sn_si_incident (SIR) table. I pointed the OpsGenie settings to this table, configured the transform maps and ran a test, the integration did not work.
Do you know if the OpsGenie application is compatible for use in the Security Incident Response module?

I will let the customer know that it is not compatible with the Security Incident Response module.
