Stuck qualys integration

Hi all,

Qualys Integrations are appearing stuck in the sn_vul_integration_run table since past few days. what could be the reason?

Hey Ravish, 

There is probably entries in the import queue that are in a stuck state, this could have multiple reasons. 

Try to set the related integration processes and integration run to a complete state.

Then try to reduce the chunk size parameter of the related integrations from e.g 250 to 150 or 100, which will reduce the number of results you receive per page from the scanner and thus they get processes faster. 

This sometimes helps with avoiding stuck jobs, but to be able to identify the root cause more detailed information is required.
