Hi Everyone,
I'm doing POC on Tenable for ITSM, I want to test this Incident Rules but I'm currently having issues with the import part as there is a large amount of data and it is always stuck.
I was trying to manually execute the Incident Rules, but it seems the incident rules are not working.
I tried to do a load data and run transform map "Tenable Vulnerability ITSM Transform Map" as this would trigger the incident creation. I tried to do debugging using gs.logs but seems the onafter script are not executed.
also where do i find the logs for these?
logger.enterFunction("Vulnerability ITSM Transform Map","onAfter - 300 - create incidents based on rules");
Just want to check if this is actually running or not.
Thanks,
Tads

Thank you schloke, yes I have run through those documents but somehow my incident rule is not working. I'm thinking its probably because of my sample data since the integration with tenable for itsm is always stuck.
