Hello Community,
I just completed this 2 day virtual course, expertly led by Sean McLean.
I highly recommend it . Great balance of teaching and hands on labs. Whether you are new to Security Operations, or simply new to NOW's Security suite, this is a valuable introduction to the orchestration of VR, SIR and TI.
As a preamble to this course I also highly recommend to take the ServiceNow Fundamentals class (I took this one last month) and review the videos on this page.
This actually dovetails nicely into the recommendations of the pre-implementation webinar published earlier this week.
Did you take any of these courses? Were they helpful?
Cheers,
EF

That's correct @NAIDILE S. The content for the on-demand and instructor-lead courses are the same and there's no exam for either of them. SecOps Fundamentals is a 'stepping stone' if you want to get certified in Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response. The exams come after you do the SIR or VR courses.
