Unable to import data from tenable.sc to ServiceNow

We are working on tenable.sc integration with SN. We have MID servers and installed required plugins from store.

1. We have created a connector for 'tenable.sc' product but unable to pull data as we could not get any records in T.SC query field of Schedule Import form. We are only looking for ITSM configuration with ServiceNow (we are not focused on Asset import into it)
2. Also, I am unable to get other fields under ITSM Settings section in the tenable connector form of 'tenable.sc' product, I have repaired the plugin but still nothing is visible under this ITSM settings, so shall we uninstall apps and reinstall to fix this case as we are in initial stage of integration.

Is your end goal, to import vulnerability data from Tenable into:
1) ServiceNow ITSM to create Incidents (INCs)
2) ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response

 

The approach and Store Apps here are different depending on the path you are on.

 

If your goal is to integrate Tenable.SC with ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response, you can leverage the Store App integration for this (different than the Tenable built Store App for ITSM):

I am looking for ServiceNow ITSM to create Incidents (INCs) from Tenable Security Console vulnerabilities, for which I have install all these plugins 1. Tenable Connector 2. Tenable for ITSM 3. Service Graph Connector for Assets.

Here we are not unable to import Vulnerabilities into ServiceNow even after successful connector connection.
