Unable to Reapply VR Assignment Rules

We are unable to reapply new assignment rules and receive the following message, "The configuration for the job Reapply assignment rules (VIT) is inactive. Please activate to execute this background job."

 

We have checked all of the background jobs and business rules (i.e. AssignmentUtils, rerun assignment rules) and all are set to active. We also have not made any changes here from OOB install. How do we activate this job?

Check record in the sn_sec_cmn_background_job_configuration table and see "Vulnerability Response - Reapply Assignment rules (VIT)" if its active or not.

Yes that is active (screenshot shared in my last response).

Any update? This appears to be a gap with the current version of ServiceNow VR.
