VR - Qualys integration stopped working

Encountered error running the integration. Error: Invalid response code 403 received from Qualys
Qualys integration with VR (NewYork 9a) has been working ok, with a nightly run. All of sudden stopped working and saw that Qualys account was locked. Reset password in Qualys and then changed for ServiceNow, however same response. Unable to determine root cause. Tested account outside of ServiceNow and credentials are working. All integrations fail, except Knowledge BAse (Backfill) .
State of job changes to Complete, Substate = Failed, Error code listed above (first line of post) It occurs whether schedule job or I run Execute now.
Any help will be welcome!

Hi Scott,
Suggest to raise a HI support ticket, came across similar issue last week in one of my client environment (Tenable vulnerability stopped abruptly one day).
Recently, SecOps applications moved to ServiceNow Store and so it needs a one-time Entitlement Management (for production instance) from the customer admin’s profile by logging into store to perform any upgrade activity on the plugin.

Log into the Qualys UI with your Qualys account and see if it wants a password change. When you perform a reset it requires a password update by the user. Will not support API until completing the password update.

Thank you all for the great responses! We did open up a ticket, however it was also resolved in the meantime.
My SN admin was updating the new Qualys password through 'properties' and after a better look noticed that the 'update date' on the password was older than when it was changed. He updated it thru the setup assistant instead and integration is now functioning.
I'll have to remember since password will expire.
