Vulnerable Item State Approval workflow not working correct

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement , to change the workflow of Vulnerable Item State Approval , when 1st approval is rejected , move to the next one and when approved just mark it as approved. I have inserted the logic and the scripts to populate the correct approvers , but infortunately State is acting weird. So when i put the groups into Approval rules is ok , but i dont want to go the whole process from there .

Any clue how i can make this done?

Is the state on the vulnerability (task or item) or the state on the VCA acting weird? Are you using the Flow or Workflow version? If using the Flow Designer version "Vulnerability State Approval Change", you could maybe add more sub actions in the If Rejected logic of the "Process approver levels for vulnerability state change approval" subflow.
